    After 20 years working behind the scenes in classical music, Karen craved something people could feel in their bodies, not just watch from a seat. That longing became Balm. Restorative music experiences that soothe overstimulation, disconnection, and welcome emotional expression in our performative and productivity-driven world. Through live sound, movement, breath, voice, and rest, she creates space where people can slow down, feel, and just be.
